ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Presenters must be registered for the Forum. We request that presenters limit their submissions to one abstract each. Registrants may be co-authors on additional abstracts but not present them. Please prepare abstracts before using the online abstract submission process.
 

The filename of the abstract should begin with the first author’s surname.

Abstract Instructions
Alternatively use Microsoft Word and the following specifications: Left aligned with 3cm margins all round; Times New Roman; single spaced; no indents, page numbers, footnotes or images; blank line between title, author info, and body. Line 1=title in bold 14 pt, Line 2=blank, Line 3= author names in 11 pt with presenter underlined, Lines 4- =author addresses in 10 pt, one per line finishing with one email contact address. Next line=blank, followed by abstract body in 11 pt (a single paragraph, limited to 250 words).
 
 
Complete the online Abstract Submission Form (have your abstract ready to attach as indicated). The deadline for submission of abstracts was 30th June 2008. We will consider for inclusion abstracts submitted from 1st July to 15th August 2008. Abstracts submitted after 15th August will not be considered.
You may select your preference for an oral or poster presentation; however, the Scientific Program Committee will review and make final selections of all presentations.
